Pretty sure that by denying some people the right to marriage, it’s the conservatives that have declared war on it. Giving a larger percentage of folks the opportunity to participate in marriage and thereby enjoy a basic civil right doesn’t change the right itself—it bolsters it, gives it more credence. So.
