This is why I’ve always avoided reconnecting with HS friends on Facebook.

Said yes to a request, not even a week ago, because I remembered her as being pretty cool and fun to talk to. Today, she changes her profile pic to a “RIP Joe Paterno” image and updates her status to call him a “legacy” (??) who will be “remembered and missed,” etc.

Fastest unfriending ever.
